The Journeys of Speed

So, tell me how in the hell have I not heard J. Cole’s “On top of the World” unreleased American Gangster track/instrumental until today? The track uses the same sample as Lupe’s “Failure”–which was re-used by Drake as the intro to his Comeback Season mixtape. (while we’re on Drake sampling, I never knew that Forever was sampled from a Kardinal Offishal track…then again, I was never a huge KO fan, so…) Anyway, the beat is–well, it’s beautiful, probably because the original song is beautiful as all hell.
I WILL be recording to this track, soon. Hopefully, I won’t get sued or completely trash the beat and make J. Cole diss me or some shit LOL
